CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
DR. EARL OLIVER
Dr. Earl Oliver is Ph.D. in Computer Science turned cannabis entrepreneur. As an expert in cannabis operations, Dr. Oliver has made his mark within the cannabis industry by turning around distressed cannabis assets and companies, most notably Gnomestar Craft Cannabis. In so doing, Dr. Oliver has become highly versed in the end-to-end cannabis supply chain, has helped many craft producers get to market, and is a vocal advocate for the craft cannabis community.
Prior to entering the cannabis industry Dr. Oliver served as Chief Technical Officer to VoteBlast Inc.; a Silicon Valley technology startup where he led the engineering team building high-performance systems to facilitate broadcast television-scale, real-time focus groups.
Dr. Earl Oliver holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. His Ph.D. work, where he created 'Censorship Tolerant Networking', focused on building decentralized mobile systems for disseminating content within countries with heavy Internet censorship. Dr. Oliver has built a career building systems for a wide-range of clients. He holds two technology patents and has many peer-reviewed publications.

BARINDER RASODE
Barinder is an entrepreneur, collaborator and community advocate with a history of uniting passionate people around a common goal. Her focus is on bioscience businesses. Some of her successes include clean tech fund React, co-founding a mining waste remediation pioneer Tersa Earth Innovations, co-founding HAVN Life, a wellness company focused on standardizing extraction of psychoactive compounds and the development of natural health and heading up Grow Tech Labs, a business accelerator focused on innovation, diversity and inclusion.
Barinder served two terms as an elected Councillor for the City of Surrey and served on the Board of British Columbia’s largest health authority where she was responsible for a budget of $3 billion.

NATASHA KUMARI
Natasha has an extensive background and experience in consumer behaviour with a focus on marketing, direct sales, and project management. She has a deep understanding of the needs of the consumer which translates well into the marketing and sales strategies she developed.
Natasha was the Lead Sales Project Manager at a major Canadian media publication where she was responsible for strict deadlines and content execution. Before transitioning into the cannabis industry where she feels she can produce more meaningfully work towards helping people.
Natasha worked as a Marketing Manager for the now publicly traded psychedelics company, Havn Life, where her efforts lead to the successful raise of over four million dollars for the public launch of the company. She currently works as a Corporate Secretary and Project Manager for the clean mining technology company, Tersa.

DANNA SHECK
Danna is an expert formulator and entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Crysteda Beverages. She launched Crysteda vodka soda beverages in the Fall of 2021 and is now in over 70 stores across Western Canada. She launched additional product SKUs in Q2 of 2022.
Danna has built a network of entrepreneurs that she utilize to promote and support female-led initiatives. She has been formulated cannabis beverage products for years and will be expanding her beverage line to include cannabis products next year.

KIMBERLY CAWSON
Kimberly is an experienced executive who has facilitated aggressive growth in sales, service, people and facilities in the lending industry while increasing profitability and ensuring business diversification. From 1999 to 2014, with the help of an exceptionally strong executive team, she grew a relative start-up into a globally successful enterprise employing over 600 staff in multiple locations within both Canada and Europe, and increased sales from <12 M to 821M annually. With experience in, and providing support to, executives in the areas of Finance, HR, Sales, Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable (Collections), Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Market Development in both Canada and Europe, Kimberly’s multi-faceted experience has benefitted her immensely in her current role as investor in the biomedical industry.
Kimberly contends that the most rewarding thing in business is the people that you get to work with. She believes that if you choose your team wisely, without ego and surround yourself with people more intelligent than you are, then you will experience immense success as a team. Her legacy is the relationships that she has, and will continue to build, with incredible people who have blessed her life.

Paul Johnson
From 1996 to December 2004, Paul was employed by several Fortune 500 companies including Telus and WestJet in Technical Sales, Operations and Customer Excellence Support and Leadership roles. He also built and sold Johnson and Stewart Construction in 2000. Paul entered the Oil and Gas Industry through various positions with Kudu Industries and Zedi Inc. from 2005 to 2008. In mid 2008 Paull joined Petrotranz and led the company as President, to a successful exit and sale with the Daily Mail (U.K) in December of 2016.
Paul remained with Petrotranz as President and CEO until the end of 2018 and on his departure, co-founded Cevello Management Corporation in early 2020, a private Canadian Biopharmaceutical Supply Chain investment company currently investing in and operationally supporting many of Canada's newest and critically important companies. These companies provide a wide range of storage, transportation, trade finance and agrifood products and services to the emerging industry.
Mr. Johnson received a post graduate Applied Information Technology Diploma from the Information Technology Institute in Calgary in 2001.
